I am availble for tfcd if I feel I will benefit from working on such a basis. Due to misuse from models in the past I use a model release form which has to be signed before the pictures from a shoot is released to you. Please read the form below before contacting me.

TFCD AGREEMENT BETWEEN GREGORY MASON AND


• By signing this form I agree that in exchange for photographs of myself that I authorise Gregory Mason (hereafter “Photographer”) and those acting on his behalf full rights to their use.
• I agree that photographs taken by the photographer will be delivered to me via a web link; these photographs will suitable for viewing only and for the purpose of allowing me to make my final choice of edited and retouched pictures.
• I agree to limit my choice of pictures to be edited to ten and can expect them to be delivered to me on compact disc or via web link at a resolution which will allow them to be printed to good quality up to A4 size; they will be accompanied by a version suitable for posting on web sites.
• I also agree not to alter said images by any means including computer based software without written permission of the photographer.
• I agree that, while I may use the photos for purposes related to the promotion of my Modelling business, including but not limited to advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions and promotional internet web sites, they cannot be used on sites offering escorting or sexual services.
• I will not enter any photos into competitions that claim copyright as part of its terms and conditions and use premium phone lines for voting purposes without photographer’s prior consent.
• I will not attempt to sell publication rights to any or all of the photos.
• Likewise, I authorize Photographer to use the Photos for purposes related to the promotion of Photographer's business, including but not limited to advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and promotional internet web sites, but do not authorize Photographer to sell publication rights to any or all of the Photos except with my prior consent. I also recognise that copyright belongs to the photographer solely unless other wise agreed.
• I confirm that I am over the age of majority and signed this document after reading the above agreement without coercion.
